Smart Joules - Head - Talent Acquisition (10-15 yrs)
TA Head for Smart Joules Pvt Ltd-Delhi NCR
- Responsible for putting the TA strategy to get right talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their units
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles. Having exploratory conversations for passive hiring
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Ensuring MIS, Dashboards are published to relevant stakeholders
- Leading the Campus Program and have a clear Campus Engagement Strategy across different types of campuses- Undergrad, Grad/Post Grad- Technical, Technology, Non Technical & Specialized in Energy Management
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement and enhancing the EVP to attract talent
- Training Managers to enhance their hiring capability, interviewing skills, understand inherent biases to ensure better selection and candidate experience
- Motivating and leading a team of passionate recruiters
- Knowledge of putting the right selection tool and revalidating it regularly for their effectiveness
- Implementation of ATS system to automate the hiring process
- Has the experience of core Engineering Hiring- MEP, EPC, Project based hiring, volume hiring
- First preference- Someone from line who has now moved to TA and leading the engineering vertical for hiring in a consulting firm, corporate
- Second preference- a combination of experience in a TA consulting/ boutique hiring firm/head hunting firm along with Corporate TA experience
- TA Lead who oversees end to end hiring from strategy to execution and not just execution (managed a team size of 5-10 recruiters)
- Experience of managing Campus Program
- Has experience in implementation of ATS or been a lead member while ATS is been implemented in the organization
