Responsibilities include :

- Lead entire eorts of product analytics across dierent product lines within the organization

- Conduct advanced data analysis to enable product leads in testing their hypotheses

- Track and identify signals in key metrics and suggest improvements to dierent product leads

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and showcasing strong advocacy to drive improvements

- Be a trusted advisor to product leads to enable better prioritization of product roadmap

- Ensure data accuracy and sanity across multiple products by collaborating with development and product teams

- Exhibit a hands-on approach with data to identify root causes of underlying issues Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in the product analytics domain

- Proven track record of driving initiatives and developing solutions from inception

- Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management

- Ability to craft data-driven and innovative solutions

- Deep understanding of product analytics, including various experimental methodologies such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, etc.

- Prociency in tech tools including Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL, NoSQL, CleverTap, MS Excel, etc.

- Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision-making and display a proactive attitude in going beyond assigned tasks
