About the role

You will be owning Affiliate channels to drive user acquisition & revenue targets for smallcase. You will be responsible for building and managing a network of affiliates to meet the business objectives. You will be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, working to expand our affiliate network and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a data-driven affiliate marketing strategy to achieve user acquisition and cross-sell targets.

- Research, identify, and recruit high-quality affiliates with a strong audience reach in our target demographic.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with all the resources and support they need to succeed.

- Track, measure, and optimize the performance of affiliates and partners; make reports regularly and give feedback.

- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, ensuring compliance is as per company policy and industry best practices.

- Develop and implement a performance tracking system to monitor affiliate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Requirements

- Experience: You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, within an app-first direct-to-consumer company.

- Hands-on experience with leading MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust.

- In-depth knowledge of fraud detection and prevention w.r.t managing affiliate campaigns.

- Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing terminology, models, and best practices.

- Experience in handling affiliate partners to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present campaign strategies and results to external and internal stakeholders effectively.
