RESPONSIBILITIES : - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition. - Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements along with schedules as per GAAP. - Preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure monthly and quarterly statutory compliances. - Prepare monthly management information report (MIS), Investor reports and cashflow. - Prepare annual budget and operating plan and present budget vs actuals periodically. - Working knowledge of payroll processing and employee related compliances. - Timely and smooth completion Statutory and Tax Audits. - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls REQUIREMENTS : - Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of post-qualification experience and working knowledge of Indian Accounting standards and various Tax Laws. - Strong analytic, organizational, Communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge about money markets is added advantage.
