This person will be responsible for managing smallcase's corporate reputation, involving both proactive and reactive communications. They will also lead day-to-day efforts on corporate storytelling, business communications, employer brand and marketing efforts. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Build &amp; execute on a proactive plan to position smallcase as an innovative technology company shaping the Indian asset management industry by sharing its point-of-view on industry, regulatory and investor-related topics - Collaborate with business teams to create context for and build narratives and material that support their goals - Coordinate with our partners to support partnership updates and announcements - Work with internal spokespeople to extend their platforms and messaging via op-eds, interview and speaking opportunities in the media and industry events &amp; conferences - Develop and maintain relationships with reporters and influencers - Support day-to-day communications requirements Requirements - Relevant work experience at either a PR agency or in-house communications team - Stellar written &amp; verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to understand complex subject matters and simplify them for a broader audience eliminating jargon - Relationships with key business, technology and financial reporters - Strong interest in investments and capital markets - and the financial freedom they unlock for everyone
