What you will do?
- Being a people person and the source of trust to employees and stakeholders
- As a HRBP have 1:1 catch up regularly, gather insights, understand their concerns, and provide guidance where needed
- Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Have an intimate understanding of the business and the structure and the philosophy. Being proactive in identifying the problems as we scale and come up with solutions
- Constantly evolving the HR initiatives and frameworks that enable in bringing out the best in the employees
- Collaborate with HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- This individual will need to have the ability to influence across the business as well as with cross functional talent partners
- Mange some of the large programs like Employee Experience, Founder Interactions, Employee Communications

- Have a bachelors or Master's degree with specialization in HR
- Hold 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR professional
- Have a strong problem-solving skills: ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong understanding of how employee experience impacts culture, productivity, and retention
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Take ownership and accountability for problem solving
- Have experience in program management - Strong excel skills
