Job Summary:
- The Head of Human Resources (HR) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within an organization. This individual will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
- The Head of HR will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategies.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development.
- Should have good experience on Budgeting and PMS.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and development plans.
- Drive a performance-driven culture within the organization.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Implement employee development initiatives to support career growth.
- Facilitate learning opportunities that align with organizational goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organization's offerings remain competitive.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor and address compliance issues.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Provide leadership in driving HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective HR strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
