Position : SM/AVP/AGM - HR Operations and Employee Engagement

Reporting to The Head HR

Location - Noida Sec - 62 (Hybrid)


Job Purpose : The position will be incharge of ensuring a smooth sound HR Policies, Employee Onboarding, MIS and Employee Engagement

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision

- Retails historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

- Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices

- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation programs

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and Supervisors

- Ensures legal compliance, employee grievances and ensuring employee discipline

- Prepare budgets by department

- Track key HR metrics

- Manage internal communication projects

- Ensure our MIS, recordkeeping and data processing procedures are of highest standard

- Address employees' queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
