Title : SM / AGM - Creative & Design

Role:

SM/AGM - Creative & Design person will be a creative and passionate professional who has spent at least 9-10 years learning the art of consumer interaction and communication. We are looking for somebody who challenges conventions, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to take risks and push the boundaries of creative on online and offline. The person will be responsible for all creative for the company and will have a role to play in Marketing Communications, Retail Design, Social Media and PR.

Responsibilities :

SM / AGM - Creative & Design will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Identifying the themes, concepts and execution for each campaign

- Understanding creative trends in the online market and new tools, and institutionalizing them internally.

- Delivering world-class response rates on marketing collateral delivered

- Measuring the effectiveness of individual creative and optimizing for response

- Come up with new creative ideas for retail, social media and promotions

- Monitor and drive excellence in execution from team

- Maintain brand consistency across all media

- Setting and managing creative delivery schedules in collaboration with marketing managers

- Special projects for PR and product including designing brand identity and developing viral ideas

Requirements:

- Education: Masters/diploma in design (should not be from online design institute)

- Professional Experience: Minimum 9 years, of which at least 2 must be in the online domain

- Responsibility: Independent responsibility for managing brand and creative team

- Art and design skills: Extremely strong

- Demonstrated track record of breakthrough creative ideas and execution

Good to have:

- Internet experience (very good to have)

- Consumer Service Retail (e.g. Travel) experience

- Well-networked with ability to identify right-sized solutions to creative problems

- Experience in dynamic & fluid work environments
