WHAT WE DO AND WHO WE ARE:&nbsp; Slurrp Farm is a health food brand for children. It's our mission to provide tasty and 100% natural alternatives to the junk food that surrounds kids today. The founders of Slurrp Farm, Shauravi Malik and Meghana Narayan, are foodies, entrepreneurs and parents to very young children. Meghana used to run the public health practice at McKinsey India, and has studied at Harvard Business School, was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University and a Computer Science engineer from Bangalore University. She was also on the Indian national swimming team and it is her personal goal to up the nutrition table for Indian kids. Shauravi used to work for Sir Richard Branson's Group Holding entity at the Virgin Group, and in the Consumer and Healthcare Investment Banking team at JP Morgan in London. She studied Economics at Cambridge University and at St. Stephen's College in Delhi University. WHAT WILL YOU DO AT SLURRP FARM?&nbsp; - Develop &amp; implement marketing plans and communication strategies which address brand requirements - Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies - traditional and digital - Driving and generating opportunities in media for high impact news coverage (stories/interviews/speak opportunities/influencer marketing - other formats) - Build, maintain &amp; enhance new / existing relationships with media personnel (journalists, bloggers, influencers) - Create content/business communication&nbsp; that reflects and bolsters the Slurrp Farm brand identity - Marketing at relevant events and workshops like fairs, melas, RWAs, schools, day cares, creches, - Actively seek relevant brand partnerships to help us reach our target audience - Maintain and analyse databases of key bloggers, contacts and events - Gain an understanding of our strategic and competitive positioning towards increasing adoption SKILLS REQUIRED :&nbsp; - Beyond excellent communication skills - Well networked with relevant media and online influencers - Relevant work experience / educational experience is mandatory - Obsessively analytical in measuring the effectiveness of PR and overall marketing campaigns - Strong organizational skills, extremely accurate, detailed and process oriented and take responsibility for projects - Prior demonstration of superior execution in any field - Understanding of the lifestyle and FMCG sector is a plus - Be digitally savvy with an eye for details - Willingness to hustle!
