- Drive/ Participate in receiving, analyzing and improving Customer satisfaction, reduce customer complaints and customer reported defects.
- Participate and contribute in Customer status calls, customer reviews from Process & Quality perspective
- Derive Quality plans for CBU/S, perform, monitor and report the activities to the concerned.
- Contribute/ Drive to Quality reviews and improvement initiatives within the CBU/S
- Contribute to project onboarding and RFP activities
- Participate/ Contribute in CBU Governance reviews, Operational Reviews, Internal team meetings
- Support PMs and PPQA Team members in process activities like Process tailoring, Planning, Estimation, Risks management and Reviews.
- Define metrics for the projects, practice and CBU. Track periodically and publish to management.
- Review project planning documents and engineering artifacts to ensure First Time Right / Quality at source.
- Provide necessary training, orientation, mentoring to the CBU team on Process & Quality activities.
- Identify training needs to Team Member/ Trainee and provide necessary training, orientation, mentoring to them
