- An Executive Assistant / Program Lead works closely with the CFO & leads/assists various strategic initiatives and program management; so that the leader can better focus on areas which will have a holistic and a larger impact to the organization. The Executive Assistant / Program Lead also works and partners with other key internal and external leaders in driving key strategic priorities and programs on behalf of the CFO.
Role:
- Organize and align strategic priorities for the CFO.
- Lead strategic planning process for the company by acting as a program/project manager and ensuring alignment with key leaders
- Collate/consolidate information and create a point of view substantiated with facts and figures and share with the CFO before they join/attend any key meetings
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings; Sending meeting agenda well in advance to the attendees, taking minutes during the meetings and making sure that the action items are executed by regularly following-up with respective action owners
- Identify areas where the Leader should direct their focus/attention as well as establish metrics for success. Monitor metrics regularly and evaluate progress and highlight in case of any roadblocks
- Oversee key, cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together important stakeholders and help drive decisions
- Strategically manage the time of leaders
- Establish cadence of Steering and Board meetings and ensure readiness for those meetings; sending out agenda in-advance, minutes of meetings and follow-ups
- Manage internal and external communications - Assist in writing first drafts and regular communications for the leadership team
- Lead and attend meetings/call on the behalf of the leadership
- Manage hiring and onboarding process for the leadership roles
