Work Experience: - Exposure to MIS Financial reporting, Forecasting &amp; Budgeting in IT industry - Exposure to Accounts &amp; Finance in IT industry - Project profitable statements / P&amp;L - Analytical ability with understanding to MIS Reports of IT firms - Interact with Business (Sales/Delivery) in managing &amp; improving their Revenues/Margins - Financial Planning &amp; Analysis at the entire organization level - Support &amp; Enabling Functions MIS reports &amp; Budgets preparations Profile expected: - Knowledge in the area of Accounting &amp; Finance in IT industry - Analyze Data, understanding &amp; preparation of MIS Reports for business Interpretation - Hands on experience in preparing Budgets and forecast P&amp;L periodically at all levels - Work experience on Company level P&amp;L with various cost components till PAT - Thorough understanding of ERP application &amp; Cost Centers accounting is required - Meet business Leaders on a regular basis to review &amp; drive for Targets - Act as a SPOC &amp; Finance Business Partner to business - Capable of handling business queries &amp; resolving internally within Finance &amp; drive other processes as well to achieve the required standard of processes - Basic understanding to commercials terms in customer agreements like, SOW, MSA etc., - Ability to work as a stand-alone / individual contributor - Hands on experience on Customer related Pricing for various type of deals/contracts is an added advantage Soft Skills: - Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word) - Exposure to ERP applications like SAP / Oracle is mandatory Skills: - Communication skills - Good Analytical skills - Good Interpersonal skills - Must be capable to drive the Business &amp; Finance initiatives independently
