- Good understanding about PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Program Board, Risk & Dependencies, Effort Estimation

- Good in Earn Value Management (EVM)

- Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management

- Experience in pre-sales activities, RFP

- Experience in creating project dashboards and reports

- Experience working and managing JIRA

- Preferably PMP/Agile certified

- Prior experience in software development & testing

- Excellent communication skills, people management skills
