Incumbent will be responsible for following: 1. Work with HR and Business Leadership to understand the Business Strategy and Visualize, how the challenges will be mitigated 2. Bring in HR Expertise from domain of OD, Talent Management and C&B to conceive, design and execute different HR Intervention 3.Create a strong Programme and execution plan. Create a strong PMO to monitor all this Project 4. A high analytical skill and brilliant diagnostic skill to asses a problem and arrive at solution in consultative way 5. Act as PMO for HR Organization to Programme Manage all HR Intervention and report same to CHRO Skill Required 1. Must Possess a good understanding of Talent Management Practices, OD and C&B 2. High Analytical Skill 3. Ability to work in ambiguous environment
