Work Experience:

- Exposure to MIS Financial reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting in IT industry

- Exposure to Accounts & Finance in IT industry

- Project / Cost centers profitable statements / P&L

- Analytical ability with understanding to MIS Reports of IT firms

- Stakeholder Management - Interaction with Business (Sales/Delivery) in managing & improving their Revenues/Margins

- Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modeling activities at Group level with multiple scenarios & foreign currencies

- Enabling Functions MIS reports & Budgets preparations

- Ability to collaborate with the team, Stakeholders & Management

- Should have managed a Team

Profile expected:

- Relevant Work experience in FP&A within IT Industry

- Good knowledge in Accounting & Finance within IT industry

- Financial Modeling activities at Group level with multiple scenarios & foreign currencies Analyze Data, understanding & preparation of MIS Reports for business interpretation

- Hands on experience in preparing Budgets and forecast P&L periodically at all levels

- Work experience on Company level P&L with various cost components till PAT

- Thorough understanding of ERP application & Cost Centers accounting is required

- Meet business Leaders on a regular basis to review & drive for Targets

- Act as a SPOC & Finance Business Partner to Business

- Capable of handling business queries & resolving internally within Finance & drive other processes as well to achieve the required standard of processes

- Basic understanding to commercial terms in customer agreements like, SOW, MSA etc.,

- Hands on experience on Customer related Pricing for various type of deals/contracts is an added advantage

- Actively take part in Budgetary Controls of the Organization & approval of Purchase Requisitions

- Manage a team

Soft Skills:

- Strong in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- Exposure to ERP applications like SAP / Oracle is mandatory

Skills:

- Communication skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong Financial MIS conceptual understanding

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Must be capable to drive the MIS team & Business independently
