Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Bangalore, India - Partner with Leaders and their leadership team to develop and deploy Manager Enablement Model &amp; Employee Value Proposition objectives to help deliver sustainable growth - Lead the Human Resources Business Partner team - Partner with support functions to ensure that all programs / processes related to - best-in-class- operations are developed / implemented - Collaborate with the Chief, Human Resources Officer and ensure that the HR Agenda is developed &amp; executed as per the plan - Partner with COEs to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions Here Is a glimpse of what you will do : - Consult and support Business Leaders on HR matters, with focus on SLK Culture, Manager Enablement &amp; Employee Value Proposition, Automation of HR processes and HR Program / Policies. - Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as Voice Survey, Attrition Management, Compliance, Sustainability, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, Employee Relations, Communication, Manager Engagement, Employee Value Proposition, On-boarding to Exit Processes, wage base planning and review) - Consult with Business Leaders and HR colleagues to develop and deliver a HR strategy to meet the business needs - Lead the Human Resources Business Partners to establish employee communications &amp; engagement cadence and to resolve employee relations issues. If need be, conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Assist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required - Ensure the consistent treatment of employees and the consistent application of SLK policies and procedures - Collaborate with TA and TT on staffing and development needs. - Collaborate on new employee/manager orientation to enable a seamless onboarding experience allowing insight to the SLK goals and culture. - Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels. Here are some of the other requisites for this role : - Typically requires a Master degree in Human Resources from a reputed MBA school (Tier 1 preferred) . A minimum of 14 years of related experience in business with specific experience in HR, consulting, project management and change management. Women candidates preferred. - Mastery of Organization Processes/ Policies, Change Management, and HR practices - Strong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence with credibility &amp; lead change/transition management - Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change - Ability to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment - Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization accompanied with cultural sensitivity - Excellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership/management - Self-starter who demonstrates accountability for results - Ability to prioritize; design processes for efficiencies and be effective in delivering solutions - Ability to put the interest of the company above the interest of segments or individual - Ability to anticipate, mitigate risk and manage conflict - Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills.
