As a Sales Director, you will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. And of course, you will close, close, close!
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Manage and track client outreach
- Meet and exceed your sales quota!
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients
- Communicate strategy to relevant team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of relevant tech sales experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Consistently meeting or exceeding quota in prior sales roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Should have prior sales experience in B2B startups
- Should be experienced in selling to SMBs and Enterprises in US and EU regions
- Be a go-getter yet a cheerful, positive person who helps his/her fellow sales members
