The business operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiative forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations.As VP of Operations, you are responsible for driving the city expansion and business penetration, today and in the future. You will manage our city team that ensures city operations has the right policies, incentives, and strategies in place to drive sustainable revenue growth and customer success. You will design and implement plans to achieve these goals, working closely with other teams. You will be critical to the ongoing success and future growth of our business. Responsibilities : - Lead city team to design and implement the future strategy, as well as deliver on current operational priorities - Track and drive key business metrics for the entire business operations team - Serve as a thought leader on business strategies; such as incentive design and expansion strategies. Be a trusted advisor to our city managers to help ensure workflows and incentives - Identify areas for improvement in process and tools, team design and drive business satisfaction and quality of work - Deliver high-quality execution and team communications Minimum Qualifications : - 3-5 years experience in business operations - Experience in a people management capacity Preferred Qualifications : - MBA degree or equivalent experience - Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives - Extensive problem-solving skills coupled with strong business acumen - Executive-level written/verbal communication and influencing skills Salary Offered - 20-25 LPA
