Responsibilities : - Handled compliance work of taxation laws and analysis - Reviewing all accounting entries (Receipts, Payments, Revenue, expenses, salary, etc.) - Review bank reconciliation on a daily basis for all the bank accounts. - Review NBFC accounting entries (making provisions of NPS as per NBFC guidelines) - Ensuring all the NBFC compliance are followed. - Ledger Scrutiny to ensure completeness & accuracy for the recording of revenue and expenses. - Processing vendor payments as per Company's SOP. - Ensuring compliance with respect to maintaining vouchers/ bills/ invoices and transaction backup papers. - Handling day to day Banking operations, making online payments through NEFT/ RTGS, etc. - Making payment of statutory dues like Direct Taxes, TDS, GST, Professional - Tax and Provident funds within due dates. Should be able to prepare TDS Returns, GST Returns, issuing TDS certificates, etc. Assistance in making various submissions for scrutiny assessment. - Liaising with internal and external auditors and getting the audits done smoothly & within due course of time. Essential Skills/Criteria : - CA with 1 or 2 years experience - Sound knowledge of Accounting and Direct and Indirect taxes. - Experience in managing online Bank accounts, passwords, transaction authorizations is essential. - Work experience in the financial services industry is essential. - Expertise in working on Excel spreadsheet & word.
