About team/role : In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Card Business Finance team and involved in new visa processes &amp; upcoming QR programs. This role will also involve a lot of collaboration with several teams inhouse. What you'll do : - Handle the team and ensure all the process are in structural time frame. - Ensure SOP / and if any New implementations related to process are placed as per regulations - Coordinate and set up meetings with intermediate stakeholders like M2P, in order to set recurring processes. - Manage entire processes for programs like- Rupay, M2P, Visa, etc. - Manage Team's Issues and exceptions related to process - Dedicated stuff required on decision making to handhold the process - Regular interactions with 3rd party like- Rupay team, Visa team and other vendors. - Vendor managements, Invoice validation, Billing services etc has be handled in effective manner - Update team and provide resolution to the customers and maintain the grid. - Understand the card programs and will be dedicated to programs, respectively. - Process checks and control point to be build along with the team - Basis on the experience, need to be pro-active in designing/structuring the new process Qualification : - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel. - Good at Problem-solving &amp; Decision Making. - Adaptability &amp; capability to learn new processes sooner. - Basic knowledge of SQL &amp; JSON will be an added advantage
