About team/role :&nbsp; In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. This role will involve lots of close collaboration across the entire business from product to credit risk to customer success. If you are an energetic and highly analytical marketer who understands that today's products are bought - not sold. Then this is for you. What you'll do :&nbsp; - Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns in Google and Facebook - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights - Design, build and maintain our digital media presence - Strategize, experiment and finally execute new ways of reaching our target audience - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Qualification: - Degree or equivalent practical experience - At least 2- 4 years experience in digital marketing or relevant field - Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into actions - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Demonstrated ability in translating customer insight into actionables
