About the Role &amp; Cards Team: At slice we are building our cards team. The team is tasked to reimagine the merchant integration to enhance the payment experience and transaction success rate of slice customers through multiple initiatives. The team will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of slice's card offerings ensuring 100% transaction success rate for our customers. Slice is looking for Operation Executives - Merchant Transactions who are passionate about solving digital payment problems for young Indians. If you are thrilled to be part of a growing payment space and like building technology that creates a visible impact on millions of customers, we would like to meet you. What you'll do: - Identifying possible bottlenecks across the end-to-end transaction journey (right from merchant to payment gateway to acquirer bank to VISA) - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (NBFC Partners and Merchants) and liaising with them to develop sustainable solutions to ensure transaction success across customer/merchants - Creating process flows and maintaining daily dashboards/MIS to track key success metrics at every point of the funnel You may be a good fit if: - You have 1-5 years of experience in dealing with online merchants across tech space such as e-commerce, food delivery companies etc. - You have good verbal communication and excel skills with a talent for precise articulations across multiple partners - You love collaborating and building relationships with vendors/partners - You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans - You have resolved issues and have a history of delivering on key KPIs in a high growth B2C/B2B organisation (not mandatory but added advantage)
