Credit Risk Operations Manager - At slice, we aim to build a financial platform driven by innovative technology. - As a Credit Risk Operations Manager at slice, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless customer acquisition by improving customer onboarding experience and ensuring proper KYC &amp; risk checks are applied. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with leadership to enable sustainable business growth. Responsibilities : - Manage day to day operation of credit underwriting - Manage and develop a team of operations associates doing manual underwriting &amp; KYC - Drive step-change improvements in KPIs like application fraud, TAT, cost efficiency and compliance - Develop credit operations strategies that will drive growth, efficiency, and competitive success for slice in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands Minimum Qualifications : - 2-5 years experience in credit risk operations - 1-3 years experience in people management - Tier 1 college graduates - Experience with basic data analytical techniques (such as SQL) Preferred Qualifications : - Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity - Tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business - Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team - Impeccable written and oral communication, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
