About team/role : - In this role you will support the department's compliance monitoring and internal audit functions, for which you will work closely with the Head of Collections and the Operations team. - You will also find yourself collaborating with teams like the Customer Support Team, Credit Risk Team, Product Team & Tech team on several projects. The role also involves overseeing our agencies and ensuring they are complying with the company's code of conduct. What you'll do : - Determine internal audit scope and develop annual/quarterly plans - Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process - Monitor outbound collection calls - Analyze and improve the internal and external cases allocation - Monitor and audit the third party functioning and practices - Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement - Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum - Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions - Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards - Generate reports to evaluate the performance of the collection agents/teams - Monitor dialer usage and take initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness - Analyze the effectiveness of different data sources used by collections team and suggest way to improve the same - Assist the head of collections in day to day operations and ensure quality delivery of work Qualification : - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience in Operations Team. - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Operations Associate/Executive in high growth environment- - High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Sound independent judgement - Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations - Attention to details. - Ability to recognize the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality of company information, as well as that of customers and co-workers, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations - Applies critical thinking skills to solve problems by generating, evaluating, and implementing solutions - Uses information technology and related applications to convey and retrieve information - Uses logical thought processes to analyze and draw conclusions
