About team/role In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic content for both internal & external stakeholders. This role will also involve a lot of collaboration with several teams inhouse. What you'll do : - Manage and create content across social media profiles. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the users. - Develop an understanding of the product as well as the brand and ensure that the content created fulfils the requirement of the brand. - Must have an understanding of slice, our users and the target audience. - Knowledge of the culture, latest trends and pop culture for better engagement. - Good understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Proven ability to juggle in between multiple accounts at a time and manage the same efficiently.
