About team/role : - In this role, you will work very closely with the Head of collections to help reach the team goals by ensuring the maximum recovery from B0,B1 and B3 telecalling team. You will play a key role in building the team and use analytics to drive the collection strategies. What you'll do : - Ensure maximum recovery from B0, B1 and B3 accounts through outbound telephone contact in a timely and comprehensive manner. - Acknowledge users's vulnerabilities and recognize the reason for delinquency and indulge them in Negotiation while using a consultative approach to clearly communicate all available payment options. - Do regular quality checks to ensure code of conduct is maintained - Grow and nurture the team that results in building an efficient and mature team. - Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on collection effectiveness, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals. - Build an in-house recovery team and drive them to meet the collection team target Qualification: - Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university can apply - Prior experience in collection is preferred - 1- 3 years of relevant experience - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Excellent negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment. - Strong people management skills - Experience in credit card or unsecured loan is preferred.
