Responsibilities: - End to end NBFC management from NBFC negotiations, on-boarding to maintaining the relationship with NBFCs. - Manage financial planning & strategy, due-diligence and RBI related compliances. - Set up the complete borrowings and manage investor MIS reporting. - Loan book reconciliation and interest accrual management: ensure regular balance account confirmations and NCDs from NBFC partners. - Detail-oriented with strong numeric skills, ability to follow procedures and identify and manage executions. - Ensure there is effective communication with stakeholders to build credibility. - Manage teams across functions to achieve stipulated targets within timelines. Requirements: - Debt raising experience of 4+ years. - Experience working with wholesale NBFC, Banks or Financial Institutes. - MBA with finance background or a CA is preferred
