EIR Operations &amp; Supply Chain: Role &amp; Responsibilities : 1) Deliver on the promise of 5 star rated coffee to each customer, every time, all the time through effective staffing, training, motivation and leadership. 2) Manage the operations across 100+ online coffee bars spread in 6 cities. 3) Drive key hygiene and performance metrics such as order rating, order cancellations, uptime etc. 4) Manage topline and bottomline targets through respective city teams 5) Drive local marketing initiatives. 6) Forecast, plan and execute inventory management process 7) Implement warehouse management systems. 8) Minimize the supply chain costs and develop cost effective operations 9) Drive expansion through launch of operations in new cities/neighborhoods. Previous work experience : 5+ years handling operations, logistics, inventory management, new city/launch marketing, brand, revenue. Experience working with a high growth startup / brand / Company would be strongly preferred.
