Job Description: Lead - Content Marketing Skydo, an Elevation Capital-backed venture, is looking for a Lead- Content Marketing to join our Marketing Team. This role will report to the Head of Growth and will be responsible for creating high-quality, differentiated content through researching industry trends, and user behaviour and enabling lead generation and conversion through content marketing. Role: - Conduct user research (both primary and secondary) through online research, interviews, and data analysis to understand user behaviour and content needs and generate content ideas - Produce content (articles, blogs, PR, social media posts, etc.), run campaigns and optimize SEO for lead generation and onboarding; work with sales team to optimize lead funnel end-to-end - Work with other team members to distribute content across website, video, forums etc. to broaden reach - Differentiate through quality content and strive to create new Intellectual property (e.g., newsletter, reports, benchmarking) for Skydo on relevant topics, to maximise engagement - Support objectives of Sales, Customer lifecycle management and Product with quality content - Leverage AI effectively to generate, streamline and amplify productivity of content creation Qualification & Skills: - Strong academic record with a Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, communications, or related field with experience of 2-5 years in content marketing, writing or related roles - Customer-focused mindset and empathy with a background in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies - Social media and tech-savvy and up-to-date on best practices in digital content - Strong analytical abilities and project management skills and familiarity with content management systems - Excellent written & and oral communication and interpersonal skills - Creative thinking and ideation skills Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel About Skydo Skydo is a fintech startup, solving for b2b cross-border payments.
