Regional Sales Head
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for establishing a network of partners (photographers / videographers) for the assigned territory
- Build Offline Channel from scratch i.e. Starting from partner onboarding, team establishment, Geography planning, competition mapping and client onboarding
- Will be responsible for driving channel sales strategy from top to bottom and will engage with various stakeholders for execution of the same
- In-depth understanding of channel and business drivers, to retain and grow existing accounts
- Understand customers key business drivers and supports the team in creating a profitable business
- Provide timely & structured feedback - operator, user & competitors
Key skills :
- Should have 6 to 10+ years prior experience in creating and managing channel preferably for fintech, telecom, FMCG, FMCD or insurance companies
- Should possess an in-depth knowledge of geography in which needs to manage
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, in order to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project
- Excellent business acumen, problem-solving ability, and tech savvy
- Sensitivity to the organization's goals and values and the ability to relay them internally with the team, and externally with the partner
