Role

The role is a hybrid one which is client-facing as well as administrative and data focus. The SSM will be responsible for client onboarding, employee orientation, and client payroll verification and invoicing processes as well.

Responsibilities

1. Be the main focal point of contact for everything client and EOR employees related.

2. Periodic connect and feedback with the client and EOR employees via NPS surveys and check in calls.

3. Advise and fulfil client requests efficiently and independently, using your sound judgement and problem-solving skills

4. Grow product adoption rate among clients, educate and ensure adoption of Skuad platform across all stakeholders.

5. Collaborate across various functions internally to address any issues end-to-end in a timely and productive manner

6. Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to stakeholders, with the ability to process feedback and adjust executive plans accordingly

7. Execute client kick off calls and orientation calls to new employees with ability to do presentation of services life cycle and processes.

8. Maintain data integrity on various internal applications

9. Build productive and trusting relationships with clients through meeting deliverable expectations and timelines and delivering superior customer service experience

Requirements

1. 2-5 years of overall experience in HR Operations/ Assignment Support/ Client servicing/ Account management/ Global Mobility Support domain

2. Knowledge of Global compensation, benefits and payroll administration will be a bonus

3. Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict handling and resolving ability

4. Multi-tasking ability with an eye for details

5. Demonstrated ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, working independently across multiple groups and thriving in a high-pressure and rapidly growing environment.

6. Minimum of bachelor's degree in any discipline.
