What you'll do:
1. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Knowledge, and Business Intelligence to gather data for analysis and reporting.
2. Take ownership of revenue-driving projects such as lead process and routing improvement, and website efficiency optimization.
3. Make sure commissions are accurate and the payout process is efficient
4. Develop a deep understanding of marketing data metrics and work closely with the marketing team to prepare a Sales & Marketing interlock dashboard.
5. Liaise with CSMs to support their revenue goals and help build strategies for revenue growth.
6. Act as a central point of contact between various teams, ensuring communication and alignment on revenue-related initiatives.
7. Continuously monitor and optimize revenue processes.
8. Make Skuad a data-driven decision-making unit within the revenue operations function.
9. Work on Farming strategy and determine when the Hunting team should transition an account to the Farming team
10. Create a long-term CRM Transformation strategy to optimize the CRM system and processes
11. Develop a plan for tech-stack allocation - optimization of the sales cost.
12. Assist in creating a Headcount plan based on revenue goals, analyzing sales performance and workload to determine the optimal team size
