Location : Remote

As an APM, you will work with product development teams to develop new features. Your duties will include analyzing customer behavior and industry trends, evaluating customer feedback on our products, and finding solutions for product improvements and defects.

- To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to contribute appropriate product-related insights and strategies. First-class Associate Product Managers are industry experts who identify new product features that provide businesses with a competitive edge.

Associate Product Manager Responsibilities :

- Work with Product Managers to strategize and formalise the product roadmap.

- Work and collaborate with the product development team on a day-to-day basis.

- Take end to end ownership of features - detailing out PRDs for the engineering team to work on and working with designers to come up with design prototypes.

- Gather product data, and provide data driven solutions in the form of product improvements.

- Coordinate findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals.

- Train and liaise with internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.

- Develop efficient customer communication and feedback channels.

Associate Product Manager Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in a SAAS Product Management role would be advantageous.

- Self motivated individual who can take ownership and get things done.

- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.

- Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior.

- Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to overall product improvement

- Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.

- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.

- Excellent communication skills.
