Details of the position:

Location: Mumbai

Designation: Sr. Manager

Qualification: Post graduate

Experience: 8 - 15 years

Job Description:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the below:

Marketing:

- Strategic execution of all marketing initiatives at the Group level

- Design, implement and measure the success of the Group level marketing program

- Preparing timely reports relating to the productivity and effectiveness of marketing initiatives

- Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing material

- Enhance company presence by attending/ensuring attendance of the concerned at events, trade shows, seminars, conclaves etc

Brand management:

- Plan, design and implement activities for maximizing brand awareness and market penetration

- Undertake activities to increase brand visibility and to maintain the same

- Proficient in brand building and setting up launches and promotional campaigns

- Manage the activities related to branding and image building for both, the Group and various practices within the Group

- Hold the responsibility for maintaining the Group brand image and suggest corrective measures where required

Corporate Communications and promotions:

- Conceptualise, develop and edit external and internal communication which includes but is not limited to newsletters, website management, collaterals, brochures, presentations, media alerts, concept papers etc

- Develop and keep building on creative branding and marketing material for presentations

- Prepare media plans, feasibility reports, proposals and surveys

- Develop networking relationships with media, agencies, consultants and industry associations to support business goals

- Organize promotional events comprising seminars, road-shows, trade fairs on a PAN India basis; handle public relations and agencies supporting promotional activities

- Social media channel management and campaign management

- Develop press releases and news articles

Market research and Database management:

- Manage and build on the existing client/ex-client database

- Undertake periodic market research and mapping exercises, data mining and maintenance, report generation

- Create and periodically refine events database, follow up on leads generated/contacts made during events, trade fairs etc.

Corporate relations/Customer relationship management:

- Create, maintain and build upon relationships with prospective/existing clients and other sources of business

- Ensure that the organisation, its services and values are projected in the best possible manner to stakeholders

- Develop strong networking relationships with media, analysts and industry associations to support business goals

Business Development/New customer acquisition:

- Negotiate, devise and close business proposals with potential clients

- Follow up on leads generated and take them to closure

Candidate profile:

The following attributes are desired in candidates applying to this position:

- Candidate should have 8+ years of relevant experience in the marketing domain

- Should be a confident, dynamic and flexible individual

- Should have a well rounded exposure in marketing, communications, customer relationship management and branding

- Ability to connect with stakeholders, understand the crux of the deliverable and accordingly take it to closure

- Good people management skills

- Excellent written and spoken English and communication
