Job Description:

Incumbent will be responsible for diligently supporting various activities in the field of valuations:

- Execute different types of valuation assignments viz regulatory valuations, Business valuations Valuation of intangibles

- Identify the regulatory issues surrounding Tax, Accounting, FEMA etc.

- Prepare and deliver high quality client Reports. To assist in preparing opinion notes, valuation models

- Should be strong at documentation of the work

Desired candidate profile:

Incumbent is expected to have following skill set:

- 1-2 years of experience in conducting different types of valuation

- Should have good written & oral communication

- Analytical capability and the ability to think strategically

- Strong team player and self-starter with ability to assume responsibility quickly

- Open to significant variety in assignments

- Must exhibit a strong learning curve
