- The Senior Manager, Analytics shall play an integral role in delivering analytics solutions to clients while leading the team of data engineers and business consultants.

- You will be expected to conceptualize and deliver analytics based solutions for large MNCs. Further, the role requires providing coaching and mentorship to the team under you.

Roles & Responsibilities: Although what you do day-to-day may vary greatly, the general goal and focuses include the following

Solutioning:

- Understanding client requirements

- Conduct Discovery workshops

- Solution Designing

- Developing Implementation Roadmap

Client Engagement:

- Structuring and Driving Client Calls

- Project Governance

- Project documentation

- Handling scalations

Team Management:

- Ability to build team of cloud analysts

- Contributing into the strategy of the constantly evolving practice

Other Responsibilities:

- Sales Support - Preparation of Approach Notes, SoW, Effort Estimations, Questionnaire, Presentations, Case Studies

- Experience of handling multiple projects around Cloud Migration / Cloud Analytics

- Bring in new opportunities in terms of new service offerings and grow the business

- Build on the current service offerings

- Review data models, queries, and ad-hoc data analysis to keep the nerve center of our teams running at full speed

- Define, build, improve, and automate reporting methods

- Identify and lead opportunities of the productization of solutions

- Manage the governance to internal/external stakeholders - presentations to internal management and external clients

Required Skill-Sets:

- 7+ years of solutioning experience in data analytics

- Premier leadership skills - you can inspire, lead, and nurture young analytics talent

- Expertise in technologies related to cloud analytics and data-warehousing

- Self-starter demeanor and ability to exercise judgment and tackle difficult problems without direct supervision

- Good communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must

Educational Background/ Technical skills:

- Engineering degree with a background in cloud analytics

- Experience Leading a team of 5 to 7 data engineers, responsible for results across locations

Good to have:

- Domain experience in healthcare/Lifesciences is good to have however not a must

- Fair technical understanding of data-warehousing tools / BI tools / Power Platform

- Exposure to BI Tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View
