Job Description :

Incumbent will be responsible for :

- Independently handling Financial Due Diligence projects

- Co-ordination with the tax and other teams to execute and finalize the entire report

- Playing a pivotal role in advising on acquisition and joint venture as well

- Strong documentation of the work

- Client interface and liaison

Desired candidate profile :

Incumbent is expected to have the following skill set :

- 2-3 years of experience in total in handling Statutory Audit and 1 - 2 years in FDD

- Should have handled Financial Due Diligence and have experience in closing the areas assigned including report writing

- Should have experience in system audit, setting up of process, etc

- Should have a working knowledge of Company Law

- Should have high understanding of taxation and of concepts of transaction.

- Should possess the ability to work within deadlines

- Should have good analytical and communication skills
