Marketing Professional - Communications Role

External Communication:- Focus on activities to increase SKP's visibility and engagement with our external audience Develop content to enhance product marketing collateral as needed
- Editorial: Review/create and edit content (grammar, language, tone and plagiarism check) for:
- Alerts and newsletters
- Articles, publications
- Group and practice-specific flyers, posters
- Group brochures
- Design: Conceptualise and oversee design for all of the above
Websites: Review and manage content (CMS) for the Group's sites, including:
- Articles, case studies, practice-specific updates
- Blog creation and management
- Distil longer-form thought leadership into short, punchy copy appropriate for a variety of digital platforms, including email, website and social media
- Support practice- or product-specific campaigns
- Review/draft important emails/letters as required requirement
- Support all teams across the Group with any communication requirement
- Measure effectiveness of communication and content efforts - Provide monthly reports to the management
- Enforce superior quality control to ensure the accuracy of all content as well as consistency with firm style and brand
Internal Communication:- Publish our internal quarterly newsletter
- Strategy to increase employee engagement on social networks
- Manage our editorial calendar
- Brand guidelines: Create handbooks/style guides for grammar, writing style, font, colours, letter writing, imagery, etc.
- Work with the HR team to help improve internal engagement, etc.
Technical skills:- Excellent English language skills - develop content, write, edit, review (preferred experience in US English)
- Proficiency in MS Office - especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher
- Experience in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro
- Experience in communication material design, creation, editing and formatting
- Preferred experience of working in professional services firm
