Job Description: The incumbent will be part of Nexdigm - Business Analytics team. He/She will be responsible for working with client, business team, data analyst, data scientist and data engineers to deliver solutions for various clients. Responsibilities: - Complete responsibility as Engagement manager for multiple analytics assignments with same/different clients. - Understand client requirements, address business challenges, structure requirement into various analyses, perform analysis, explain the analysis to clients, and provide solutions in the form of data- driven solutions. - Ability to explain analytics concepts in requisite business context. - Responsibility for quality and timely deliverables and client expectation management - Active client mining towards annuity assignments - Play an active role in attracting, developing and retaining talent. Desired Candidate Profile: - Overall 7-10 years of Analytics/Consultant experience with 3+ years in client engagement roles - Currently in client engagement role handling annuity engagement for big corporate clients - Domain experience in any of the domains: Healthcare / Retail / FMCG / BFSI - Hands-on overall analytics experience (ok, if not currently) - Knowledge of Advanced analytics techniques and tools - Team management experience a plus Skills and Competencies - Working to tight deadlines and international time-zones - Strong Team Player - Customer Focus - Challenge status quo and process improvements approach with a - can do- approach - Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural environment across all layers of the business - Excellent communication skills - Staying focused and ability to prioritize
