Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets:

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of SKP's strategic initiatives and the impact of investments made by SKP. Support in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making. Works on Strategic Initiatives in coordinating the activities of the Managing Partner.

- Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line which are required for the firm at large.

- Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the COO. To monitor, track and respond to emails as appropriate and necessary.

- To ensure all incoming and outgoing information is fully coordinated between the different departments.

- To maintain the filing systems and archiving, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of management documents.

- To assist and support with a wide range of projects and activities.

- Manage all preparations for Committees as well as staff meetings including: scheduling; crafting of all presentation materials; obtaining materials from staff; communications with Board and committees

- Work closely with the COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the COO's ability to effectively lead the company.

- Identification of key risks at a group level and how to mitigate the critical risks

- Understand growth targets of the company and hence various programs to meet these goals. Monitor and report progress on these programs. Highlight risks, delays and opportunities.

- Participate and assist in the preparation of the budget; attend budget meetings; and recommend budgetary adjustments.

- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures, recommend improvements in work flow, procedures, automation.

- Creating dash boards for management and facilitating systems so that relevant information is available. Monitoring and reporting progress of tasks assigned.

- Preparation of Group level MIS.

- Preparation for leadership meetings within the Group - five year plans, annual plans and other agenda.

Ancillary

- Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and planning for key visitors- engagement, etc. This can be organised by taking help of relevant teams.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

The ideal candidate should be an MBA from a premier institute with about 6-10 years of working experience. The candidate should possess experience in the following :

- Experience as EA is preferred

- Experience in the consulting space of medium sized firms or from investment banks specifically in mergers and acquisition

- Good team player with good articulation of what is to be told

- Ability to deal with senior people

- To observe strict confidentiality at all times.

- Good business understanding

- Analytical abilities

- Experience of dealing with senior management

- Preparing business plans and papers to support informed fact based decision making

- Following through on action items

- Activity planning, management of key projects

- Interacting with various stakeholders and a good team member.
