We have openings at Executive/ Senior Executive and Assistant Manager levels in the below functions:

- Accounting

- General Ledger

- Accounting up to finalisation

- MIS reporting

- Responsibility for client compliances and deliverables - MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax

- Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams

- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting

- Identifying and resolving accounting / legal issues

- Billing and Recovery

- Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)

- Monitoring - Payroll

- Statutory Audit

- To plan & perform Statutory audits and tax audits

- To handle overall Audit for clients

- The candidate should have a working / practical knowledge about Statutory Audits (preferably carried out listed and multinational Companies Audit).

- He / She Should have reasonable knowledge of Accounting Standard, Companies Act etc.

- Should have ability to apply the same while conducting statutory audits and tax audits.

- Taxation

- Preparation and Computation of Total Income of Individual, Partnership firm, Companies & other entities such as HUFs & Trusts up to the stage of filing of return and other documents

- Client liaison.

- Research on aspects/issues arising on I-Tax.

- Appearing for assessments before I-Tax officer.

- Preparing details / submissions for re-assessment & scrutiny assessment cases.

- Handle consultation for TDS matters including applicability issuance of certificates and preparing TDS returns in various forms.

- Preparation, review and filing E-TDS return.

- Preparation and computation of Wealth Tax.

Desired candidate profile:

The applicant has to be qualified CA with 1 - 6 years of experience & should possess following:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (Filters, Pivots, Lookup, etc.)

- Exposure to computerized accounting, preferably Tally

- Basic knowledge about MS office-especially Excel

- Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
