We are looking for a talented Fraud Investigator and compliance reviewer to be responsible for identifying and handling various anti-corruption and anti-fraud reviews including investigations and who can provide client an effective consultation and strategic directions through professional reports. Job description :
- To Assist in conducting investigations through documentation review, email/ digital records review, data analysis or other related efforts
- Prepare, participate and lead suspect / whistle blower interviews and support in documenting the minutes for the report
- Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information
- Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules and determining methods to expedite workflow
- Review the work of the team, guide them and support them in gathering essential evidence in investigations or in conducting a forensic review
- Create fact and evidence based reports on investigations and specific reviews
- Developing, analyzing, recommending and determining improvements in order to ensure continual operation and system efficiency
- Create presentations on the work progress, proposals and concept/ approach note on opportunities/ assignments
- Maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with client information and the engagement information
- Support in conducting research or gathering select information specific to a particular subject or a client
- Assisting in business development including meetings/ presentation
Desired Candidate Profile :
Tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have :
- Proven working experience in related field
- CFE degree will be an added advantage
- Should have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and senior management
- Ingenuity and persistence to obtain case information not readily available with an eye for detail
- Good organizational skills to manage a high volume of assigned cases
- Hands on experience in working with prominent ERP applications like SAP, Oracle etc
- Display good interviewing skills along with the capability of drafting reports
- Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Should be open to travel (50%) for locations other than Mumbai and about (20-30%) for Mumbai
