Job Description:

Incumbent shall be responsible for the below:

- Independently handling the Financial Due Diligence till drafting report stage for Manager/Partner review and co-ordinate with tax and other teams to execute and finalize the report

- Accurate and timely documentation

- Client interface and liaison. Manage/handle client relationship to some extent.

- Scoping assignments, preparing and drafting / reviewing proposals

Desired candidate profile:

Incumbent is expected to have following skill set:

- 1-3 years of experience in Financial due diligence, preferably in a consulting firm

- CA and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college/university

- Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a project

- Strong current knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial Reporting Standards

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Comfortable with travelling ( 10 days in a month)
