Skoolpay - Credit/Risk Operations Manager - Jodo

Jodo is looking to hire a credit/risk operations manager to join the core team and be part of crafting the credit operations policy from scratch.

Roles / Responsibilities:

- Setup the credit operations policy and process

- Owning the day-to-day execution of credit operations

- Experimentation - run multiple experiments for different customer segments and continually improve the process

- Work closely with other teams to contribute to the overall business strategy

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience of working with a bank/NBFC in the underwriting/loan operations team

- Experience in underwriting small ticket size unsecured credit

- Good analytical skills
