- Take decisions related to Warehouse Management.

- Execute policies & procedures of Warehouse Management.

- Approve Non Hazardous waste disposal.

Skills Required:

- Team leading and manpower control.

- Warehouse Management with SAP knowledge.

- Inventory Management.

- Good Analytical skills.

- Resource utilization.

Purpose of Position

1. Warehouse management for production of VW and Audi cars

2. Implement and maintain policies, procedures for warehouse Management.

3. Non-hazardous Scrap disposals

4. Proper control on VW and Audi Production down times, Material handling damages and Extra hours.

5. Monitoring of Productivity.

Key Result Areas

1. Manages and guide team members for proper warehouse management activities like unloading, Store and Line feeding for support of production.

2. Sets down methodically distribution of Manpower and proper utilization of man, methods, machine and material to achieve better productivity and control of extra working hours of operators.

3. Approves allocation of manpower and holidays.

4. Executes the procedures, production targets as per Skoda production system and Coordinates supervisor's targets for setting and achieving operative plans in shifts.

5. Coordinates and implementation of new logistic concepts KANBAN, WK4,SAP -

6. Executes continuous improvement activities through implementation of best practices like, KAIZENS,5S -

7. Analyse root causes of problems for process and quality Audits in order to take necessary steps and develop subordinates for continual improvement of processes.

8. Releases the High value/volume parts Inventory status for better utilization of stores areas.

9. Analyse proper FIFO issuance and Ageing of parts and releases slow moving & non-moving items.

10. Coordinates with various departments for execution of new projects.

11. Analyse, cooperates in unloading of containers to support production and monitoring of part damages due to material handling.

12. Evaluates systematically and control down time in production due to delay supplies of materials.

13. Manages methodically disposal of non-hazardous Scrap as per legal and safety requirements.

14. Maintains and follow EMS, QMS and VDA procedures and processes.

15. Plans and arrange required physical inventories of stores/parts as per requirements/norms.
