Authorities:

- Approve decisions for Production affairs.

- Authorized to approve capacity of production.

- Approve leave of operator & Recommend leave of staff.

- Authorized to take decisions with respect to workers on productivity and disciplinary actions

Position Requirement:

- Manpower handling skills

- Industrial relation

- Basic soft skills

Purpose of Position:

- Production targets for Group cars.

- Quality and quantity of Group cars.

- Group cars line Productivity.

- Rejection control Group products.

- New launches in Hall C

- IR & HR issues for Hall C operators

- Optimization of assembly line

Tasks:

- Achieve production target as per PPA plan for Hall C products.

- Maintain quality standard as per group guide line.

- Ensure to achieve Productivity targets as per Management guidelines.

- Motivate & Guide workers for process improvement, productivity improvement, Kaizens initiatives.

- Work for minimizing material rejection cost.

- Evaluates & control usage of consumable items for all model.

- Evaluates Process audit vehicle audit result & sets down methodical action plan for improvement.

- Work in coordination with supporting department to achieve time plan for New Launches In Hall C

- Manage & Prepare special car for Exhibition purpose, press car (Auto EXPO etc.)

- Maintain Healthy relation with Labour Union.

- Create competitive atmosphere in Hall C by means of Kaizen, 5S, etc.

- Plan training of Staff & operator for personal development as per SQS guidelines.

- Maintain quality standard documents required for production function.

- Monitor & maintain safety work atmosphere on shop floor.

- Prepare leave plan for operators & approve leaves.

- Manages of EMS & QMS internal & external audits.
