Job Requirements :

- Program Manage end-to-end finance & compliance process through external finance partner.

- Own monthly books closer process including treasury, and balance sheet reconciliations for both group companies

- Lead all external and internal audits

- Support in FP&A

- Identify opportunities to optimize spending, monitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze the root cause of variances to deliver valuable insight and recommendations.

- Managing frequent ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.

- Direct and oversee the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize operations

- Continuously improve processes/deliverables, drive change, and elevate the level of reporting.

Experience :

- 5-8 years of work experience in the finance domain

- Working experience with venture-backed companies (Series A / B / C / D) in the marketplace or SaaS verticals desired

- A self-motivated team player who can define, structure, and prioritize work for the team and who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances dictate.

- Experienced with financial modeling and FP&A is a plus

- Strong organizational, planning, quantitative and problem-solving skills; strategic and creative thinking skills.

- History of effective multi-tasking, expectation setting, and escalation of issues where appropriate.

- Focused attention to detail and high standards for quality and accuracy in his/her work product
