Chief Technology Officer.

Job Description:

He/She will lead the complete technology function of the company, and deliver function of the company, translate product strategy and design into reliable and scalable technology platforms, product development, implementation, deployment, maintenance and upgrades.
 
The must-have requisites of the role are:
 
- Should be very familiar with web and mobile technologies, all standard mobile and web platforms.

- Should understand the e-commerce and m-commerce space extremely well from a technology, business and user requirement standpoint

- Should have led complex product design, development and implementation from start to finish in the areas of web and mobile technologies

- Should have led the technology and engineering functions of an e-commerce/m-commerce company, or an IT services company providing such product development and solutions.

- Should understand project management, SDLC, quality assurance, usability and user experience, technology road maps, technology planning and de-risking, and technology alliances

- Should be able to build a multi-skilled team of IT developers and designers, and infra managers. Put key processes and systems in place

- Should understand IT performance, throughputs, and scalability.

- Deep understand of Cloud infra hosting and management

- Good understanding of UI/UX and design.

- Technology and platform selection, implementation and integration - Should select and implement the core technology platforms – CRM, LMS,

- Be able to understand and refine business and user requirements, and translate them into IT products, platforms and systems.

- Should be the brand ambassador of the company in technology forums

- Establish and implement the core internal IT systems and policies, and systems administration

Qualifications - B.Tech/M.Tech from a leading university. Experience – 10 - years (approximately)
