Co-founders (Two) Required For A StartUp"

I am the Founder of a startup. (which is a marketplace-cum-healthcare edtech platform.)

I have already created a stable MVP and it is now ready for increased traction.

I am looking for Co-Founders (two of them), who will take the startup to the next level. They will also have to invest a nominal sum, and take a share in the startup's equity. Co-founders will get salary after raising funding. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build a company for the future.

REG CO-FOUNDERS:

- I want one application from a team of Two (I don't want individual applications. To clarify: I want applicants, to apply, along with another passionate co-founder from your friendship circle.)

- While applying, briefly mention how you two have known each other, how you have worked before, why you want to join a startup and how you can make this big. Also, don't forget to give the LinkedIn profile links of both the applicants.

Some Requirements:

- Preferably from IIT/IIMs

- Should have all skills to become a leader of a great company (ideation skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, communication skills, hiring skills, etc etc )

- Initially, co-founders will be spending much of their time hands-on tech or marketing stuff. So, must have these skills.

- Should be a critic of NRN's '70-Hours-A-Week' proposal. Because, you believe startup founders need to work 'Minimum-70-Hours-A-Week'.

- Should be a strong believer in this: "I don't know to do this, but I can find someone who can do this faster."

- Should have very high integrity and ethical values.

The MVP is now YC ready and the Co-Founders with their go-getting attitude should be able to crack the pre-seed round of funding within 6 months max.
